About Us

Our journey began in 2017 with Claudia Miranda, our founder, who immigrated to Canada from Florianópolis, Brazil. Upon settling in Kitchener, she realized the challenge of finding familiar flavors from home. Driven by her passion for cooking and connection to her roots, Claudia started making traditional salgadinhos (savory snacks) in her kitchen, which quickly gained popularity.
From those humble beginnings, Snack Brazuca was born. We transitioned from a home kitchen to a bustling ghost kitchen, supplying local supermarkets like No Frills and Di Pietro across Ontario.
Now, at our first physical location on 12 Oxford St. in Cambridge, we offer beloved frozen snacks and freshly made hot meals, including traditional favorites like bolinha de queijo (cheese balls) and coxinha (chicken balls), along with Brazilian-style stroganoff, rice and beans, and our unique Brazilian hot dogs. More than just a restaurant, our store serves as a cultural hub where customers can feel at home.
